Coach Carter is one of my favorite authors to read from, so when I was looking through the Coach Carter Quote section I wanted to share a few quotes with you.
I’ve had this quote in my mind for a long, long time. I think I was in my late teens when I first read it. It was one of those “it just had to be said” moments. I was just about to sit down to read another book when this sentence popped into my head: “You can always change the way you look at a situation, but you can never change the way you feel inside.
That quote is something I’m sure Coach Carter must have gotten off on doing. He is so confident in his own abilities, so sure of himself, so sure that he could do anything. I love that quote because it’s so full of confidence. It’s like he’s saying, “I’m going to do this thing, and I can do it in this way.” I admire the fact that he’s saying all of these things because it’s a very confident statement.
He’s not just saying he can do it. He’s saying that he can do it.
But that’s also part of what makes this quote so inspiring. Like Coach Carter, you can never change the way you feel inside. And it’s just the truth. It’s just that simple.
I think Coach Carter is great because he is so self-aware. He doesn’t see the world through rose-colored glasses, he sees it through his own eyes. He knows that he is capable of doing so much more than he has done. He knows that he is a strong man, and that he can overcome anything. He knows that he will never make the same mistake twice. He knows that everything is possible. He knows that he is a man that can do anything.
Coach Carter is the epitome of the “self-aware man.” And that is quite an impressive thing to know. He is so aware of his abilities and so willing to do anything. He is such a confident man and he has that self-assured aura about him that is so endearing. This is why he is so effective as a coach. He doesn’t just talk about how to do things. He shows his players how to do their jobs.
