It’s pretty simple actually. The more you’re aware of your thoughts, the more aware you become of your thoughts and their effect on you. When you’re not aware of your thoughts, you think them all the time, but your reality is the result of thoughts. So when you’re not even aware of your thoughts, you can’t control them.
The idea is that our thoughts are the root cause of our reality. So when we don’t even know what they are, we can’t understand them. The idea of thoughts being the root cause of our reality is a common one. I think it is the same with our minds. Our minds have a tendency to just think whatever it wants without any regard to what we might have to say. It’s like an alien ship: if you dont even know its there, it just thinks its there.
But its not. Our thoughts can actually change who we are. Think about it. If you do not think the way you do, you are not who you thought you were going to be. If you think you are supposed to be a certain way, you are not.
We all have different ways of thinking, and we tend to think of ourselves as being different from which we are. We can only be wrong if we think about it as a whole, but we can be right if we think about it as a whole, and the way we think about it can change what we think of ourselves.
Many things are done because we think we are wrong and it is okay. We can choose to do the wrong thing if we think it is right. We can also choose to do the right thing if we think it is wrong. If we think we may do something wrong, we can try it. If we think we may do something right, we can try it. If we don’t think about it at all, we can try to do it.
That’s the power of thinking in the moment.
This is a common theme in our discussion, because we can choose to do what we think is right or wrong, because we think we feel more comfortable with certain things. But think about it, how do we feel when we do things that are wrong to ourselves? It’s the same way that we feel when we do things to others. We feel uncomfortable or guilt that we’ve hurt someone or are doing something harmful to someone.
I think we should know how to do this. Thats the power of thinking in the moment. We are not supposed to think about it, we want to think about it. But when we do, we let go.
