The only thing we can be sure of is that we’re all on our best behaviors every single day. Maybe we can start by doing a bit of self-awareness, so that we can be aware of when we’re being negative or negative-spirited.
We can all agree that if we are to be happy, we must have a good attitude. However, sometimes when we are being bad, we think we can be good, and we actually are the bad person. This is because our actions and responses to life are not always in line with our intentions. In order to be the best person we can be, we have to be aware of that.
