I was meditating on what to do about cancer that has started in my spine. I was meditating on my memories. I was meditating on my past. I was meditating on the things that I have done in my life. I just kept repeating over and over again, “I am going to do this.

When I was a kid, I would spend all my time lying on a bed and meditating on my ideas. I would sit with my books and start to read them. I would sit down and just start reading. It was like a kind of meditation. It was a form of meditation, but it was a more pure form of meditation. It got me to the place I was at emotionally. I could get to the place I was at emotionally without having to go through all the emotional baggage.

One of the things I find so important when it comes to meditation is being able to tune out your thoughts. It’s like being able to tune in to the ocean without having to be on the beach. It’s like being able to tune in to a sound without having to have a microphone.

It is what it is.

I’ve been working on a new meditation for myself. I was feeling so tired when I sat down to do it. I’m not tired anymore, but I still feel like I’m going through a tunnel of worry. I’m not going to worry any more and I don’t want to worry any more. I know things are going to be okay.
