I’m sure I haven’t made it easy for you to imagine the self-awareness of a person who can actually feel he’s being watched and observed. It is a terrifying thought to consider how much of our actions and thoughts are a result of outside influences.
It’s true. And it’s scary to think that our actions and thoughts are the result of something that we don’t even know about, and that someone is watching us. But we are more vulnerable to these outside influences than we realize. It’s time we learned how to protect ourselves from them.
We all have a tendency to think we can “control” other people. We can’t actually do that. As a matter of fact, if you have ever tried to control someone, you will discover that they just don’t want to be controlled. Instead of trying to control them, try to learn to control your emotions. Like most things, this is not as simple as giving people specific instructions.
When it comes to emotional expression, we are a collection of cells that need to be kept in check. As a matter of fact, our emotions are the very source of our power and our vulnerability. So if we are not careful, we can let our emotions get the best of us. I think the best way to avoid this is to practice “emotional detachment.” Emotional detachment is not a passive state of mind, it is a state of mind.
The way to practice emotional detachment is to be aware of our feelings and not give them any power over us. We are more likely to notice when we are in a fight with ourselves or when we are giving in to our emotions. In other words, we can be more aware of our feelings and less likely to let ourselves go and lose control.
So the “not giving in to our emotions” part of the quote is important. We are more likely to be able to see when we are giving in to our emotions and less likely to lose control if we are. That’s the kind of emotional detachment we need to be practicing.
While this quote has to do with motivation, it can definitely be used in a motivational video. The other quote is about how to let go of the ego and the need to be right all the time. If we are in a fight with ourselves, we let go of being right all the time, and instead, we focus on finding our own inner peace. But when that battle is with our emotions, we can’t let go of the need to be right all the time.
This quote is actually an oldie from John Lennon. I believe it was a motivational song that John Lennon was into. This quote is usually attributed to him, but I think it actually is from George Harrison.
This is a quote from a song by the Beatles.
If you are feeling especially down, then you may find the motivation for some tough conversations in this motivational song by the Beatles.
