I can’t think about my own thoughts in a million words, but it’s what I think.
I don’t know about you, but I find that when I’m stuck in my own head, I often find myself getting distracted. So I know that when I’m stuck in my own head, this is what I’m thinking in my head. But I don’t know that for sure. So when I’m stuck in my own head, I’m not so sure it’s really me thinking it.
As it turns out, a lot of people are stuck in their own heads.

Maybe you should try to think of your own thoughts instead of others. That way you can be sure youre not just reacting to someone else.
It might not be the best idea to think just about all the things youre thinking about, but it can get you to a point where you forget that youre thinking about them, and you find yourself re-thinking them. To put your mind in a good state to think about something, it helps to identify the thoughts and feelings you’re having. A good way to do that is to look at the following list.

It’s a good idea to think about how your ideas and thoughts might impact your life, and to try to determine if they are worth keeping.
I’d like to point out that there are several aspects to what I am about to say. First, that I am not a psychic or a medium. No, I am not a good healer, or a good speaker, or even a good writer.
