A good habit is like a bike. As a rule, if I had to pick up a bike once I was driving it to work, I would pick it up and take it to work. Of course, the more people who carry it, the more people who drive it, but that’s not how it works.

I think this one is particularly appropriate. I am definitely an out of sight out of mind kinda guy. I think my biggest habits include not checking my mail, not writing anything down, not reading my mail, and the like. The point is that I like to be aware of the habits that are going on around me, but I like to exercise a little self-awareness when I’m not aware of my habits.

I agree. I think you should be more aware of the habits that you’re not aware of. I know I’m not fully aware of my habits when I’m on my laptop, watching a video, and not aware of my habits when I’m on the toilet. I may not be aware of my habits when I’m in the shower. But I don’t mind it. I’m not complaining.

I agree and I think you should be more aware of your habits when you are not at all aware of them. You don’t have to be an expert on the subject of habit-formation because you are not a doctor or professor. Just be aware of what your habits are. That’s what I mean by being more aware of your habits.

I agree. I think most people are unaware of their habits when they are not. I know this is an extreme case, but I don’t think it’s something that can be cured. I think it’s just a matter of working on self awareness. It’s not hard to work on our habits. Just be aware of them. The same way you are not fully aware of your habits when you are not at all aware of them.

I think the best way to work on self-awareness is to get better at noticing when we’re ignoring or forgetting to do things. I know this is a very general statement, but I think it’s true. When we’re distracted, when we focus on one thing and forget about another, we tend to forget about the things that we’re ignoring. People who are very conscious also tend to be very aware of their habits.

If you are very focused on one thing and ignore other things, then you will be very aware that this is what you are doing. You’ll be aware of when you’re ignoring the things that are important. And when you are doing these things, you will definitely notice that you are not fully aware of the things that are important.

The problem is this, we tend to keep our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions so deep within our mind that we forget they’re there. So our conscious mind takes over and our subconscious keeps reminding us we’re on autopilot. This also happens when we’re on the internet, especially when we’re on social media. As a matter of fact, I’ve seen this situation occur to me countless times.
