I think that this is the reason that we get lost talking about self-improvement. As I see it, there are three levels of self-awareness. The problem, of course, is that we can’t always answer the question, Can I change when we want to. Because sometimes we’re not even aware that we want to change. So the answer to that one is, Not always.
As I’ve said before, the reason that we can talk about a change is because we can often be changing it ourselves. In fact, sometimes we do need to make a change ourselves because we see a change that is not working.
I think the biggest reason for this is that we often seem to think that no matter what the change is, we will simply get it right in the first go. But that is not always the case. When you look at a new car, a new house, or a new job, you don’t just get everything right in the first go. You need to make changes in your life, too, or you will miss out on your whole new life.
There are a lot of changes that we tend to think we need to make in our lives, but really all we need to do is to make the change in ourselves. We need to change the way we behave, the way we think, and the way we feel.
It’s been said that if you’re going to change, make it in your own life. It works in a lot of cases. If you’re going to change the way you think or feel, it’s best done in your own life. Think about the last time you felt great about yourself. That is the time to make the change.
