I’m not suggesting that you give up all the things you’ve learned in life, but there is a reason why so many people are so comfortable in their own strength.
It’s because of the belief that we can’t be defeated by our own power. If your power is stronger than your enemy, you can’t win. This is especially true as you age, because the things we learn as we grow up will become less effective over time. While there are certainly things we can’t do now, there are some things we are capable of doing in the future. Our greatest strength is the power we have in our own hands.
The idea that we can beat ourselves is the most destructive belief we can have. It’s true that strength is our most powerful resource, but even with the power we do have, we are never truly free of our own fears and doubts.
This isn’t to say that you should let your fears get you into trouble, but if you do believe that you can beat yourself, then it may be time to stop beating the crap out of yourself, or at least get rid of the crap you believe in. A good way to get out of a bad habit is to question why you are making excuses for your actions. Don’t tell yourself that you can’t do something because you think you have a disability.
The only reason we’re giving you time to get to work is to help you get your shit together. You have to get the shit together in order for your to be fit to stand up in a fight. It doesnt matter how strong you think you are, you will never be strong enough to defeat a stronger opponent. So instead of beating yourselves up about your fear, ask yourself why you are making excuses for your actions. Then, stop beating yourself up about your fear.
It’s so easy to fall into the trap of thinking that the reason you are beating yourself up about your fear is because you are not really strong enough. In fact, the opposite is true. There could be a reason that you are beating yourself up about your fear. For example, you may be afraid you are not big enough to take on a larger opponent. You are right. That would be the case.
In a similar fashion, there could be a reason that you are beating yourself up about your fear. You may be afraid you are not strong enough to be the head of a team. You are right. The same applies.
In fact, you are probably afraid of a team because you don’t think you are strong enough to lead it. It is true that you lack the strength to be the head of a team, but that doesn’t mean you lack the strength to lead a team. You simply don’t think you are strong enough. It would be like saying you don’t think you are strong enough to be a basketball player, but you are strong enough to be a basketball player.
The thing is, you might be strong enough, but you are probably a little afraid. Because you didnt really think you were strong enough, but you know you are strong enough. You don’t have any proof that you are strong enough, but you don’t know you are not strong enough either.
