I think that there are a lot of benefits to having a personal philosophy. For example, being able to say that you know exactly what you need to do so you can feel accomplished and confident. And, of course, having a philosophy on the things that you do in life will help you do them.

And when you’re feeling confident, you do something about it.

There are a few different kinds of self-awareness, and what I’m focusing on more is the ability to stop yourself from doing what youre told to do. I’m referring to the ability to be told to do something, and to not do it. And that’s particularly important for someone like Colt who seems to be on autopilot for too long. Because when he’s told not to do something, he doesn’t even question it.

Self awareness comes in different forms. Some people seem to self-awareness by simply recognizing that they’ve done something wrong and taking steps to fix it. Others seem to self-awareness by recognizing that they’ve done something right and taking steps to fix it. The first one is called “observer self-awareness” and is a very helpful thing to have. But observer self-awareness is not the same as “self-awareness” because it is not the same thing.

What if I want to change my mind and say, “This is the way I wanted to live, and I know it’s wrong.” I’ll be like that. I’m not just saying I’m wrong, but I’m not like that.
