In my book, The Art of Self-Awareness, I explain how to turn your mind off at night in order to learn how to be more aware of your life’s actions and reactions. In the morning, I discuss how to “turn your attention back on” when you are out in public and the importance of keeping your mind active.
This is another example of a time loop where you can make your own decisions and change your behavior. A Time Loop is like a Time Machine in which you change your mind based on something you’ve previously seen. But before you go there, do some research to make sure you’re aware of the time loop and you’ll get more interesting results.
